Our Mission
Crossenvale Community House aims to engage the local community in providing resources and necessary services to fulfil the community’s potential to achieve their aspirations.
Our Hopes
Our Community House will continue to be a stronger, viable resource to the residents in Crossenvale and the wider community.
Our Values
Participation - Inclusion - Ownership
Empowerment - Advocacy
Our volunteers have made incredible contributions over many years through their dedication and kindness. They freely provide their time, knowledge, skills and effort to make the house and Crossenvale community a better place to be.
Without volunteers, Community Houses don't exist. We owe them an incredible debt of gratitude!

Crossenvale Community House values, supports, and is committed to meaningfully including people of all cultures, languages, abilities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, and intersex status.
Crossenvale Community House acknowledges and respects the Bangerang, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Yorta Yorta peoples whose ancestral lands we operate on today. We acknowledge the deep feelings of attachment and relationship of Aboriginal people to country. We also pay respects to other Aboriginal people and Elders who attend our house from other areas of Australia. We acknowledge that many cultures live on this land today and we should collectively respect the land, its past and present story for our future generations to enjoy.
We aim to respect and value the unique cultures, histories and languages of the oldest surviving cultures in the world, and to engage in positive, long lasting relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities.
