Beth joins us with experience in the community sector through time on the CLRS fundraising committee for five years. Her professional life involves running retail businesses and involvement in running a commercial plumbing business.

Robin wears many hats at Crossenvale, from sifting and sorting food relief to keeping the volunteers fed and hydrated. Coming from a nursing background but now retired, Robin is a no nonsense hard worker who enjoys a laugh when the job is done.

Iris is the Mrs Fix-It of Crossenvale. No job is too big, too small, or too obscure. Apart from her handyperson magic, Iris gets involved in food relief packing, and advocates for all participants' voices to be heard in the house.

Chef Lisa is in charge of our cooking program, turning our food relief orders and home-grown veggies into gourmet, heat and eat meals. Lisa also lets her arty side out through our various art and craft programs.

Derek joins the CoM in 2025 with a wealth of business experience. Derek has also joined our food relief team and is enjoying getting to know everyone involved.

Meet Our Staff and Volunteers

Rob Foran Manager

Rob was born and raised in Echuca, spending his early days in Crossenvale at the Northern Way Caravan Park. After completing his studies at La Trobe University Bendigo, Rob returned to Echuca as a Teacher. Over time, Rob transitioned into Youth focussed work and in July 2024 started as manager of Crossenvale Community House.

Belinda Threlfall Volunteer

The youngest member of our team, Belinda has graduated school and is now studying to join the community services sector. Belinda has played an all-rounder role at CCH, with the goal of developing her skills by supporting her community.

Lynne Turnbull Volunteer

Lynne Turnbull Volunteer

When not at the Salvos, Lynne comes in Mondays to assist with our food relief set up each week. Lynne is always keen to share the love when it comes to our two organisations, and actively seeks opportunities for coordination.
